Tattoo Artist (Part-Time)
Location: 4221 E Chandler Blvd, Suite 123, Phoenix, AZ 85048
Compensation: Commission-Based
Availability: Must be available weekends
Caked Glam Co. is seeking passionate and motivated tattoo artists to join our all-female Studio. Whether you're new tattooing or an experienced artist looking for a supportive environment, we're looking for artists who are committed to their craft, dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience, and excited to grow alongside a collaborative team.

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform tattoos safely and professionally while following all health and sanitation standards
- Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through aftercare
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Uphold studio dress code and professional standards
- Create content and contribute to Caked's social media presence
- Continue developing technical skills and artistic abilities through ongoing education
Requirements:
- Weekend availability
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Portfolio of artwork and/or tattoo work
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within the industry
- Arizona licensing requirements must be met prior to performing services

Shop Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Caked Glam Co. | Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: Hourly (DOE)
Schedule: Part Time | Some evenings and weekends required
About The Role:
Caked Glam Co. is looking for a Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, support our team, manage client communication, and ensure the shop runs smoothly day to day.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for both staff and clients while helping maintain the elevated experience and standards Caked is known for.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Manage daily operations of artists, piercers
- Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling, payroll questions, policies, and team concerns
- Provide coaching, feedback, accountability, and support
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Client Communication & Bookings
- Manage phone, text, email, and social media inquiries
- Guide clients through the booking process
- Handle scheduling changes, client concerns, and booking issues
- Monitor and respond to Google Reviews
Shop Operations
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and overall shop flow
- Monitor inventory and submit restock requests
- Troubleshoot issues and keep operations running efficiently
- Communicate updates between leadership and staff
