Front Desk Event Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: 4221 E Chandler Blvd, Suite 123, Phoenix, AZ 85048
Compensation: Hourly / Event-Based
Availability: Must be available weekends

Caked Glam Co. is looking for friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Event Assistants to help run our pop-up events and private bookings. As the first point of contact, you'll greet clients, manage check-ins, process payments, and ensure smooth client flow while supporting our artists and maintaining the signature Caked vibes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, explain event process, and manage client check-in using QR codes and forms
  • Handle payments through Square and manage cash transactions accurately
  • Support artists by maintaining flow, providing stencils, and assisting with setup/breakdown
  • Represent Caked Glam Co. professionally and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
  • Take photos and videos for content while keeping the experience professional and on-brand

  • Comfortable using mobile apps and handling cash/credit payments
